We cannot be held responsible for items returned due to INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure complete and accurate shipping information is provided with the order. If UPS shipments are undeliverable as addressed and are sent back as unclaimed or undeliverable, you will be issued a store credit for the items, less shipping charges and returned goods and restocking fees. Oils will not be refunded, we can not assure purity once they leave our facility. Please double check the shipping address prior to placing your order.
Please also note that if a product is on backorder or out of stock, these shipment times will be void until notice that the product is in stock and deliverable.
Please remember we are a small independent business, we sell our product because we love it, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We assure you that your merchandise will ship as soon as possible. Shipments usually go out Tuesday's and Thursday's. Please remember we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 1-5 business days in order for shipments to be processed. Once received by USPS please refer to your tracking information for delivery times.
PLEASE NOTE: We will rush processing but may not ship the order same day. If products are unavailable or on back order, please note that this policy will be void until such products are available for shipment. You will be notified via email if this occurs. Processing and delivery days are Monday – Friday.
Once an order has been shipped, you cannot make any changes or cancel your order.

We are only responsible for collecting the sales tax on all purchases that are shipped anywhere in NY. Any customers that purchase any items from our website that are shipped outside of NY State are legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for paying Use Tax on their purchases. For any questions in relation to this, please refer to the state tax rules of your state’s Department of Revenue (or equivalent). We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet or phone purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of NY. By making a purchase from our site, or by phone, you accept this responsibility.
We strive to provide top quality products at the best pricing available, shipped as quickly as possible, as long as it is in stock. If certain products are not in stock, you will be reached via email with a time frame that the products will be available. If you are not satisfied with that response you have a right to cancel the order prior to shipment date.
We are convinced that you will be 100% satisfied with the highest quality, pure essential oils and aromatherapy products purchased from Purefromnature.com. If your shipment has been damaged in shipping, Please notify THE SHIPMENT COMPANY immediately within 7 days of receipt. Let the shipping company know that your package arrived damaged and may have damaged the merchandise in the shipment (It is urgent that this is done right away or a refund or reshipment may not be possible). Next, notify our company that the package was received damaged and we will give you instructions how to receive a replacement shipment and how to ship back the damaged items. If these instructions are not followed, we will not be able to issue a reshipment or refund on the items. Please note that all merchandise is inspected prior to leaving our facility. If you do not inspect the goods upon arrival to you, we will not be held responsible for damaged merchandise past the 7 days.
If you receive a product that is manufacturer defective, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the defective item. We will replace it at no cost to you immediately. Machines are known to create a white noise. We do not accept returns on machines because of noise created by the normal functioning of the machine. If for some reason the part was not defective, and your machine was the problem, you will be charged the shipping costs for the new shipment and also the shipping of the 'thought defective' item back to us.
Every machine comes with a 6-month limited warranty. THE WARRANTY ON ALL MACHINES IS VOID IF ANY OTHER ESSENTIAL OIL OR SYNTHETIC OIL IS USED. Machines are only to be used with the Pure® Line of Aroma Essence essential oil blends. Our oils are specially formulated to be used with the PURE ® Water Based Air Revitalizer system.
When shipping items back to us, you must repackage the item properly so the item or items do not leak or break during the shipping. If we receive an item that is leaking or broken due to unsafe packaging, you are responsible for the cost of the item. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to us.
We ask that you try a 30 ml bottle of the fragrances before ordering a larger size. No returns will be authorized on any aroma essence, concentrate, car fragrance, aroma diffuser because of dislike of the fragrance. We can not accept returns on these items because we can not guarantee purity once they leave our facility.
Please feel free to contact us with proper suggestions for use if the fragrance is too strong, or too weak.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED by writing to email@example.com. All return requests must be submitted online and within listed criteria and returned within 15 days of original delivery.
If the product is returned unopened, you will receive a refund for the price paid minus shipping, credited to the original method of payment. If the product has been opened, you will receive store credit to be used on future purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bulk orders. If items are returned without our authorization, store credit will be issued, less the returned product(s) fees, shipping charges and an additional administrative fee (20%) to process the return.
All sales are final and nonrefundable when purchased at a trade show or venue.
